Returns Policy

At Horologia Bella, every watch is carefully inspected, authenticated, and described as accurately as possible before sale.
 

Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury watches, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, buyer's remorse, preference, sizing, or finding an alternative watch after purchase.

If your watch arrives with a fault that was not disclosed prior to sale, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with you to assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, or a refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

​

To be eligible for any return relating to a fault, the watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was supplied, complete with all boxes, papers, accessories, and accompanying items.

Any signs of misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repair attempts, or alteration after delivery may void eligibility for return or refund.
